Bruce Longhurst

Passed away peacefully in his home town of Sutton on Sunday, June 22nd, 2008. Loving husband of Claire Longhurst (nee Foster). Survived by his sister V. Elaine Longhurst. Dear father to Debbie (Pete), Karen (Steve), David, Susan (Bryan) and Marsha. Predeceased by his son Mark. Adored Poppa to Michelle, Christie, Adam, Katie, Minnie, Mark, Brett and Maggie. Great Granddad to Tink, Tay, Brooklyn, Jackson and Karter. Friends and family are welcome at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, Wednesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Veteran's Service will be held Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Thursday, June 26th, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment at Zephyr Zion Cemetery. Luncheon to follow at the Sutton Legion. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
