Peacefully at River Glen Haven Nursing Home, Sutton on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the age of 94 years. Dorothy Paterson (nee Rattle), beloved wife of the late James Paterson. Loving mother of Barbara Agis and her husband Ricardo of Toronto, Jim and his wife Judy of Lindsay, and Joanne Jeffery and her husband Dave of Palgrave. Predeceased by her sons Ian and Donald and daughter in law Christine. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Lisa, Jennifer, Jason, Shawn, Andy, David, Jessalyn, Janna, and Jesse and her great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her family and many friends. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Dorothy's life will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Knox United Church, 34 Market Street, Sutton. Memorial donations to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation, The Poppy Fund of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 356, Sutton, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
