Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Friday, September 30, 2016 in her 90th year. Dorothy, beloved wife of the late Charles (Chuck) Bennett. Dear mother of Linda Marritt and her husband Brian of Lindsay, Barbara Bennett of Newmarket, Allan Bennett of Peterborough, and Pamela Poirer and her husband Geaton of Campbell River, BC. Mother in law of Laura Bennett of Georgia, USA. Predeceased by her son Jerry Bennett of Georgia and her daughter in law Sue Bennett of Peterborough. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her extended family and many friends. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, October 4, 2016. Ladies Auxiliary Memorial Service, of Branch 356, will be held in the funeral home, Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel, Wednesday, at 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
