Peacfully at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre on April 26 2012 at the age of 72.
Beloved Husband of Karen Campbell (Nee Bailey), Loving Father of Colin and his wife Laura, Heather and her husband Shawn, Vicki and her husband Rick. Douglas will be missed by his Grandchildren and his many friends. Arrangements entrusted to the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home.
Memorial Donations to the Sunnybrook Health Science Centre would be appriciated by the family.
