Douglas Burtt Morehouse

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Douglas Morehouse at the age of 94 years. Douglas left us peacefully on Friday July 19th, 2024. Douglas was predeceased by his wife Margaret of 62 years. Douglas is survived and lovingly remembered by is son Kent, Daughter-In-Law Jean and adoring grandchildren Brett, Brianne, and Brendan. He will also be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. The family would like to acknowledge the wonderful health care providers who helped take care of Douglas: N.P. Anne Hughes; PSW’s Stevie and Chelsea; Nurse Sandra; and the staff at Ben’s Pharmacy, Sutton. In keeping with Douglas’ wishes cremation has taken place. Arrangements in care of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, Sutton, 905-722-3274. There are no further observances planned at this time.
