Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Thursday, February 12, 2009 at the age of 79 years. Earl Herdman of Pefferlaw, beloved husband of Yvonne (nee Leduc). Stepfather of Robert Matt and his wife Eileen of Beaverton. Loving grandfather of Greg and his wife Erin and Mike. Dear brother of June Fairbarn. Lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews and extended family. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Monday . Funeral Service in the chapel, Monday at 3:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. Spring interment of cremated remains, Cooke's Cemetery, Pefferlaw. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
