Marie Elizabeth Morton

Marie Elizabeth Morton, nee Wilson, was born on March 2, 1951, in Toronto, Ontario. She departed this life peacefully on September 20, 2025, at the Margaret Bahen Hospice, surrounded by her beloved family.

Marie was known for her loving, generous, and kind spirit. She had a wonderful sense of humor that brought joy to those around her. Her interests included reading, cooking, and playing bingo, activities she cherished throughout her life.

She is survived by her son, Geoffrey; her sisters, Sandra (Robert) and Leslie; her grandchildren, Haleigh, Evan, Elijah, and Emma; sister-in-law, Brenda (Gerry), and her good friends, Don and Marie as well as many nieces and nephews. Marie was predeceased by her beloved husband, Gary; her daughter, Dyan; her parents, Murray and Barbara; and her sisters, Judith, Leah, and Cynthia; her brothers-in-law, David and Bert; and sister-in-law, Carol.

Marie Elizabeth Morton will always be remembered for her love and warmth, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew her.

Burial has taken place. At Marie's request, no service will be held .
