Peacefully at her home in Port Bolster on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at the age of 79 years. Mary Prohney (nee Dubinsky) beloved wife of the late George Prohney. Dear Mother of Tommy (Shirley O'Connor) of Pincher Creek, AB, Mary Anne Horan of Toronto, Emily Rose Prohney of Port Bolster, Nellie Wares of Orillia, George Prohney, Peter Prohney, and Paul Prohney all of Port Bolster and John Prohney of Toronto. Predeceased by her son Michael Prohney. Loving Grandmother of Walter, Morris, John, Jimmy and Shawn and Great Grandmother of Jasmine. Dear sister of Joe Dubinsky (Arlene) of Calgary, AB., Frank Dubinsky (Cathy) of Abbotsford, B.C., Bill Dubinsky (Lynn) of Richmond, B.C., and George Dubinsky of Surrey, B.C. Predeceased by her sister Emily Walker and brother Raymond Dubinsky. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Service in the Chapel, Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Briar Hill Cemetery, Sutton.
