After a short illness on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Southlake Regional Health Centre Newmarket, at the age of 80 years. Patricia Moore of Sutton beloved wife of Cliff Hamilton-Greener. Loving mother of Brenda Taylor (Martin) and Michael Moore (Donna Douglas). Cherished Nanny to Keith (Jamie-Lyn), Brett (Harmony) and Jamie. Big Nan to Dylan, Abigail, Weston, Annabelle and Ilah. Step-mom to Mike l(Sharon), Dorne (Norm), Simon (Shawna), Leigh (Trevor) and step Nanny to their children. Fondly remembered by her extended family and many friends. Cremation has taken place. Due to Covid 19 restrictions a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements in care of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, Sutton, 905-722-3274.
