Peacefully at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital, on Monday, July 25, 2016 at the age of 58 years. Bruce Van Ostrom of Pefferlaw, beloved father of Carissa Weir (William) of Beaverton, Michelle Van Ostrom (Andrew Gray) of Meaford, Kristen Van Ostrom (Alex) of Pefferlaw, and Haylea-Jade Van Ostrom of Pefferlaw. Loving Granddad of Jessie Jean, Jacob Ronald and Embry. Affectionately remembered by the mother of his children Tina Van Ostrom of Pefferlaw. Dear brother of Christine and Darlene. Fondly remembered by his extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Visitation will be held in the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. Sunday, July 31st.
