Peacefully at her home in Pefferlaw with her family on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at the age of 90 years. Rose Buchner (nee Hoffmann) beloved wife of Gerry Buchner. Dear mother of Michael Lappe and his wife Jeannie of Scarborough, John Buchner and his wife Vikki of Newmarket and Andrew Buchner and his wife Terry of Pefferlaw. Predeceased by her son Bobby. Loving Oma of Ashley, Gerhard (Katy), Johnny, Jeremy, Anna, Kristen, Kendra, Stacey and Damion and great Oma of Rosalily and Gerhard (Triple G). Predeceased by her sister Ruth and her brother Klaus. Sister in law of Gisela. Fondly remembered by her extended family and friends. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, Sunday, October 21, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel, Monday, October 22nd at 1:30 p.m. with visitation from 12:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
