Sarah Kathleen "Katie" Walters

Passed peacefully at her home in Jackson's Point, with her family by her side on Friday, June 3, 2016 at the age of 43 years. Katie will be dearly missed by her parents Bob Walters and his wife Brigitte and Sandra Walters-Smith and her husband Peter as well as by her siblings Rob (Michelle) and Will (Emily). She was a loving aunt to Connor, Brealyn, Lacey, Nathan and Samantha. A much loved niece and granddaughter. Katie was a friend to everyone she met. Family funeral service in the chapel of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, Sutton. Interment, Briar Hill Cemetery, Sutton. Katie's life will be celebrated on Snake Island in August. In Katie's name, memorial donations to Variety Village, 3701 Danforth Avenue, Scarborough, ON M1N 2G2 would be appreciated by the family.
