Stanley Paul Owens

Stanley Paul Owens, fondly known as "Dooner," was born on December 20, 1943, in Toronto, ON. He dedicated 20 years of his career to Metro Toronto Parks and Property, where he was known for his good work ethic and a sense of humor that brightened the workplace.

Stanley enjoyed life to the fullest and cherished memories spent fishing, camping, enjoying time at the cottage and his love of classic cars. He enjoyed every moment with his family.

On September 22, 2025, Stanley peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 49 years, Christine, and his children, Danny, Cindy, Julia, Pamela; granddaughter Iley and family friend, Maxine. He will be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends. He is predeceased by his mother Thelma Mae and his father Stan.

Stanley's spirit, determination, and deep love for his family will be remembered by all who knew him.
