Peacefully at his home in Willow Beach on Thursday, May 2, 2019 in his 62 year. Stephan Middlebrook beloved husband of Connie Hall. Dear father of Jordan (Allison) Middlebrook of Keswick, Katrina (Page) West of Keswick and Grace (Tyler) Lubinsky of Sutton. Loving Grandfather of Lily, Ranger, Everley, Jaxson and Xavier. Predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Anita (nee Roy) and his sister Susan Terelly. Fondly remembered by his niece Amber Tiveron. The family extend their appreciation to Karen McMahon and Elaine Allum for their care and compassion.
