Tim Bourdignon, born on April 2, 1966, passed away unexpectedly at his home on April 27, 2026. He was a dedicated and passionate individual who made a lasting impact through his work and character.

Tim was the president and founder of CT Quality Property Management. He was known for his strong sense of justice. He would fight for people's rights with great determination. He had a big heart and never shied away from standing up for others.

Outside of his professional life, Tim enjoyed spending his time engaging in his favorite hobbies. He loved playing golf and pool, and he was also fond of playing games, which brought him joy and relaxation.

Tim is survived by his sisters Barbara (Gary)  Day, Susan (Jean) Pelletier, and Tricia (John) Broer, and his brother Larry (Tammy) Singer. He was also a loving companion to Sadie, his beloved pet. Tim was preceded in death by his brother Steve Bourdignon, his sister Brenda Cotsacijos, and his parents, Lois Singer and Clarence Bourdignon.

Family and friends are invited to honour Tim’s memory at a visitation on May 5, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, located at 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, Ontario, Canada.

Tim’s life reflected courage, kindness, and a deep commitment to fairness. He will be remembered for all the ways he stood up for others and for the warmth he brought to those around him.
