Peacefully at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital, on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at the age of 81 years. Jack Smith of Zephyr, beloved husband of Kathleen (Katie) (nee Taylor). Dear father of Roseanne Baker and Susan Buckingham and her husband Grant. Loving grandfather of Ryan and Lysa. Lovingly remembered by his family and many friends. Cremation has taken place.
