Peacefully at River Glen Haven Nursing Home, Sutton, on Sunday, October 14, 2012, at the age of 92 years. Bill Yake, beloved husband of the late Ethel Yake (nee Chambers). Dear father of Ronald Hollinger and his wife Karen of Orillia, Patercia Carkner and her husband Junior of Lindsay and Shirley Hollinger and her husband Vernon of Toronto. Loving grandpa of Tricia, Amy, Sabrina, Danielle (Stink), Guy and Tanya, and great grandfather of 14. Lovingly remembered by his extended family and friends. The family extends their gratitude to the staff of River Glen Haven Nursing Home for their care to Bill. Funeral Service and Veteran Service in the chapel of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, today, Thursday, October 18th, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. Visitation in the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. Interment, Pine Orchard Friends Cemetery, Whitchurch.
